Searching the web yer find commentry on battery storage being added there. Linked to solar panels. Said to be oft the A129. They will probably look like iso shipping containers. On me fone so difficult to search.
 
G'day all.
W gorn out to her sewing so now had a chance to open up the huge box from eBay.
The pedal for the sewing machine. Tts weird plug fits and it all works!
Whooppee! and a big "phew". So that is one surprise Christmas present to be wrapped up.
I then delved deeper into the box and found that not only did the other machine come with "no storage" as described, but it also came with no spare feet, no spare bobbins, no tools and no other computer card. So I messaged him and asked for a partial refund.
We have settled on £40 so nearly a third back off. Also discovered from the manual I bought to go with it (surprise present number 2) that the wire and plug fits inside the pedal and the pedal clips to the back of the machine under the cover, very neat!
So pretty chuffed all round!
Weather cancelled due to lack of interest.

Depends how much space you have. If you have over 5 hectares the permitted development rules are quite generous. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi...al-development-on-units-of-5-hectares-or-more A thousand square metres of shed space sounds like quite a lot to me.

Less than 5 hectares and more than 0.4 this may be of some use https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi...units-of-less-than-5-hectares/made?view=plain A lot of it is phrased in terms of what you can't do, but by implication if it's not prohibited then it's in the sort of ballpark which they permit. i.e away from the boundaries and not too tall if you're near an airfield, and not apt to discharge sewage near a protected building and so on.
It says 'which are reasonably necessary for the purposes of agriculture' So, if challenged, you could make the case that you need somewhere to store materials and equipment, to maintain and repair your equipment, store feed for animals, or agricultural or forestry products derived from the land, shelter animals kept on the land, provide space for a welfare cabin/office, and so on.

So this is the bit I'm stuck on, does this count across just the 1 single piece of land or can i include my other fields next to me also?
