Was ordered to inspect sis-in-laws shower this morning. Sussed it and was heading home in me tratter and turned the aircon on and it started making a howling noise. First time switched on this year. And the engine went into limp mode (aircon has connections to the ECU apparently. Got home, the pump thing was red hot. Cleared the faults with me nanocom. Hopefully it was just an aircon problem and not something more sinister. Will find out next time I drive it.
Went for a short spin in me tratter this morning. Very short - kangaroo diesel. Started to investigate what is clearly a boost problem, nanocom applied. Inspected all the boost pipework, no obvious faults (but not yet ruled out). Finger of suspicion is currently pointing at the turbo :(. Given up for today, its too hot n muggy. And everything under the bonnet is so inaccessible. Looks like repairs to Wimblowdriver Towers roof is on hold pending tratter repairs. Same tools - hammers, chisels etc, different task.

Laughing at the tools comment, not the boost issue!!

It appears the earffquake was quite bad, well for Frogland. One village evacuated, a few houses declared unfit to live in. Govt actually moving to declare it a natural disaster so the peeps can claim on their insurance, though they are not saying that is why they are doing it. ;)
We were too far sarf to feel it.

So, lounge/diner cleaned too, back not happy.:(

Will have to be up early tomoz to do what is left.

Very heavy here, wish it would rain and clear the air.

Off to see to the hens, water the poly tunnel and feed the mutts afore feeding us.

James Martin's mac and cheese tonite! Yum!:):)

Gonna have some tea now, take out salad from yesterday (sneaky:)) and some chicken strips, summer is here and its great, don't need fancy food, fresh is best and its salad season:vb-banana:.

I must admit that looks sooo inviting after shifting logs😢

1/2 the logs moved to log store rest to followView attachment 290917

That looks like a 12ish cube pile. Strange you have 1m split lengths that you need to cut. If we get ours its either uncut which comes in 1m trunk lengths, cut which is 30cm cut trunks or split where the 30cm is axed into bits.

Have tried all the combinations and we now get it split ;). Whatever way you look at it, its work that keeps you fit:).

And yes a swim after that would ease the muscles for sure :).

Just makes it easy to carry out and to stack then no rush to cut up and split to fit the log burner well you was almost right I measured it at 11 1/2 cubes so 🏆 for that from a photo be logging up the hornbeam tomorrow not so big so a bit lighter work could do with Stan it would loosen his back up a bit ☺
