Well I finally got that haircut I have been trying to get for nearly a week, The joys of plans changing that only the retyred can cope with;).
Actually picked a good day as it was raining all night and very overcast in the morning.

I feel like a summer sheep having its winter growth cut off;), me ears are cold now too:rolleyes:. Still at the cost of 10lv I really should go more often (less than a fiver).
Got the price of the wood I need so that will be another £200 ish tomorrow. get to use the trailer:). 20 4mx100mmx50mm & 4 4mx125mmx75.
Then pack away the concrete tools and get the wood butcher 1s out:).

Don't tell M but I know there is a snake under the tarp that has the sand on, I noticed it when I was pulling the tarp to get the sand that's left in a pile, I will have to move the last of the sand lift the tarp and get rid when she goes to the shop:oops:.
Hopefully it will slither off and not put up a fight as the spade will sort its attitude:oops:.

...that I have a bit of a dilemma.
My mate has asked me to meet up with him (and maybe a couple of other guys) in Holland for a bit of a mini-tour (10 days).
Problem for me is that while I would love to go, I am not sure my old bod is up to it.
I would have to use e-assist all the time and I might slow everyone down as well as me needing "electric camping pitches" for each site we stopped at and a 4-8 hour recharge window each night. Who wants to be "the lame Duck"?
Having infirmities sucks big-time. Maybe cocaine and amphetamines would help. :vb-flippy:

Stated to rain here, trailer almost done, rope hooks on lights work and painted.
Just waiting for side marker lamps to finish then ready to take my junk to the shows

It really does suck big time. Really do sympathise.
Do hope you manage to figure something out.
As long as you are up front about it, maybe you could do it.
When I ran car trips I used to take quite a few old members of my club. All their needs had to be taken into account.
Impromptu visits to the chemist, regular "comfort stops" and even calling a doctor out in the middle of the night, for subsequent hospitalisation, with a minor heart attack. We went through it all.
I made sure everyone knew everyone else's needs and that they had decent health insurance beyond the GHIC card. It never caused a problem that led to further bother. never missed anything, i.e. a meal or a visit.
So all the best with it.;);):):)

Oh dear. My lad that's going through this messy break up and divorce got a call yesterday.
Major redundancies have occurred in the US(HQ) arm of his company and there are to be redundancies in Europe too.
His boss has asked him to attend a meeting (with him, and the top UK man). It's not looking good.
He has been told at least one of the four of them is for the chop. He thinks it is him. :(
Will probably know later today.
