Feeling awful (like someone has been stirring my guts with a splintered stick all night).
Dioralyte & Immodium are doing their best to help, but sheesh I feel washed out.
Had a fever and uncontrollable shaking last night and went to bed at 8pm.
Hoping to feel better later.

Lucozade original is your friend. Also look up colitis flare diet. It's what I have to eat when I am bad. Hope you are not too sore.Moring All

Since making the moral decision to boycott Starbucks on the grounds of not accepting cash, I have just returned with a tall skinny cappuccino and chai latte…again I’ll find another cause to support.

(well it is here)
Have just had a big lunch, and we don't normally eat lunch. Question of emptying the fridge!!!
Cars more or less all packed, new batts in sensors for alarm.
Now have to put the Pluriel on the trailer and hitch up. Then put in the last few items.
At least the weather is sunny, dry and not hot.
Bringing lots of apple juice with us!!!
Enjoy the rest of the day!
