Cos our Citroen Pluriel is fubar at the mo and TBH, Mr Oz bloke is being reely helpful.
Tis missing, I think on one cylinder. Pong of petrol and a code P1336/ $10. Which could be about three different things.
Anyway, as soon as I can get the feckin D2 to tow properly it's going down to the Sh!troen garage where Wifey can spend money on getting it fixed, or at least diagnosed. I think it's the coil pack but what the feck do I know. Modern electronix GRRRR.:mad::mad::mad:
Can't even get the connection undone.

Here in France they are called "nid de poules" or "hen's nests" and some have been around so long some peeps are doing Banksies and painting hens and eggs in em!
there was an article in a local paper about it. If I can find it I'll take a pic and put it up!

Morning All :D
Poor nights sleep for us both and herself is still a-bed and catching up on missed Zzzzzz's bless her. :)
Dull day here but 16° still :)
Sunday brunch at 11:30, just Bacon-n-eggs though. :)
We are having braising steak for tonight's dinner, it is currently sitting in a bowl full of red wine.
3 hours low-n-slow cook and its as soft as butter. Have a great day. :D

Bunnahabhain 18 y/o is very popular but £150 a bottle
Yuo ain't kidden.
When we was in Scotty land a coupla years back we couldn't beleeeeeeeve the price of Scotch.
and it isn't even much cheaper in Frogland now since Maccaroon the Batard, has whacked a load of duty on trying to prevent the French from enjoying themselves becoming alkies.
We get ours via that neeb who used to work for Moet and Chandon, but there is a bit of a limited range so we have Knockando 18 yr old and Oban 14 yr old in the sideboard, which no one can object to but rather "not wild" in flavour, if you know what I mean.
Frogs generally can't take Island whiskies, too peaty for em, or summat. They'd run a mile from Laphroaig!!!.

Morning all, where's @derwendolly off touring again ??. :):)
At the moment - nowhere! I am hoping to get my van back this week after having the power levellers fitted, in total the wait has been around 15 weeks although it is only these last two that I have been without it. My hope is to be up in north Wales towards the end of this month.
I have had good reports about the C&M site at Luss which is possibly known to you but that visit will have to be next year now as a lot more research needs to be done beforehand.

Love Oban 14 I'll drink it.

Just read a thing in "Connexions" a newspaper over here for Brits either living here or with holiday homes, that say that bizarrely if we do go over our 6 months longstay visa, we can the stay another 3 months on the normal arrangement.
Phew! if getting the cars fixed proves worse than it may be.

Oh and my brain works while I am asleep.
I woke up to think what might be causing the inlet air problem.
More later if I'm right.;)
