Don't know if this counts but so far I have shaved off my beard and cut my hair. All for the dinner we are giving dottir and her fiancé tomoz!:rolleyes:
Now doodling around on tinternet to get help with all I need to know before fitting W's reversing sensors wot I borted her for Xmas. got the reversing light on, found wiring connector in boot, disconnected it and reversing light stayed on.:confused:
Oh, and on the topic of Xmas!
Found out why W wasn't too upset when I didn't get her a Xmas card.
Found the one she bort for me lying on top of the mixer. Still in its wrapper! Coincidence or what?!:D:D:D

I do remember when signing up, it would automatically renew annually. Until you cancel. Its worth it just for the laffs in this fred :D

I would still ring the help line . Tell her you are going to do it and that you would like her to be there when you do it. Tell them that she says that going to A&E would not be good as she has had it for 11 days and see what they recommend.
Has she googled 'peritonitis'? That might make her mind up.

We didn't need reversing sensors back in the olden days, we new how to drive. Oh, and steel bumpers (not like the plastic crap on modern jam jars) :D

I have no right of way to my driveway as there isn't a dropped kerb, pensioners bungalows all the same here as they were built in the forties, the guy parks his car where he likes as he says that I'm breaking the law driving over the kerb. Plenty of room to park and I have never said anything to him except when he parked in front of me as I was getting in the car, he said do you want to get out and I replied yes please, he then started to rant aggressively about the law regarding kerbs. I just stood there amazed and put it down to his having a bad day, ever since then he goes out of his way to make sure I can't get out even if the road is clear either side which it always is at least one side.
Nothing I can do

I think the two might have gone together a bit!!
In France outside the student restaurants, sometimes there wasn't quite enough room to park, so you'd shunt a bit to make room. (Lille is a flat as a pancake). I did it once and sent a car flying into another! Didn't push hard, but he must have not put it into gear nor Hbrake on. No harm done to either vehicle, but we did laugh! Rubber overriders on Steel bumpers much the best!
Also used to use my car to push-start my mates Mini van, I could watch his ignition light through the back window so I knew when it had started!
In the end helped him change his voltage regulator.;)
No who knows what they look like?!;)

Take a photo each time he does it and report it to the cops as harassment.:)

Surely you could contact the council re a dropped kerb? Expensive I know.
I think this guy would get a couple of punctures which only ever happened when he drove away. If he did this to me.
(After two he'd start to check for nails or screws cunningly "started" into a tyre so that driving on would push it right in.)

Judging by tinernet, Quora, etc, this is a really common problem.
My ex S-i-l had this problem in front of his dropped kerb, same sort of thing, neighbour could have parked anywhere but was just being awkward. He had an old Series 2a, he started using a chain to pull the sod out of the way. Neighbour eventually got the message.

He's gone for now, just hope its clear later when l go out to motorbike club meet, too cold for bike

Could screw an old screw into tyre with drill making sure head was scuffed and shiny

I think I would have fallen out with the guy big time before now. I would probably have got in trouble for it too:confused:

If you were nearer I would have run over and shifted his vehicle for you and balanced it somewhere just for fun

Why don't you put yours out now so it is where he wants to be? - problem solved
After you go, he might just come and block you out. If he does then, on your return, either park yours in front of his house or park close behind/in front of him on the roadside so that he is blocked in and if he asks you to move then cheerily agree, go in and forget it until it a time of your convenience to go and move a little. Eventually he will get the message that he is being inconvenienced.

Good idea and I may do that one night, trouble is that my insurance states that the car must be on my drive overnight. I should have wriggled out over the grass last night and parked right behind him, he would have been stuck there all day
