They are Indian you know and most of them are made by scousers or in Eastern Europe

My point being it was expensive as a 17 yo in 1981 but not as ridiculous as it seems for todays youngsters
They are not crap, they are reliable I've seen several with 200/300k mileage

It isn't I have a friend who's gran parents bought one its has 25k on it and hasn't gone wrong, I admit modern land rovers are like a lottery but that's just a sweeping statement because If they all broke down land rover would have lawsuits and there sales falling to a irreversible point

Humblest apologies. Would you like me to take about the weather? It's dark outside and my lovely Jeep is parked next to my equally lovely Series 2a both of which have their good and bad points but sadly I can't afford to have both. As much as I've poured blood sweat and tears rebuilding my 2a from the ground up I've wanted a cj7 since I was 10.
It's a bit like dogs, I have nothing against collies or German Sheppards but anything other than a Labrador isn't on my radar
