Morning All. :D
It's Thursday AND half-term so we get 2 kids to mind all day (from 10 till 5:30 or later). :(
The diet crashed this week (only lost 1 pound) so I have to tighten down on the intake of all that lovely bacon & eggs.:oops:
So breakfast is postponed :( until Brunch and will be like an abbreviated breakfast, lunch is cancelled today (as a meal) and dinner will be home made mushroom soup.
I need to get back on target. Although I do accept that it didn't all go on in 3 months, I want it to come off in 3 months.

@DanClarke
Keep it up. Never worry about the amount lost, a loss is a loss. I note that my weight loss slows but trouser/shirt sizes are changing. It’s from loosing my cycling legs & rugby thighs. Yep feel fitter even though I like a bit of junk ;)
Thanks mate, I am trying to lose weight and yet build up leg muscle after serious statin damage to all my muscles. I'm the bloke with no discernible leg muscles at the moment and I want to be back on my recumbent. LOL.
I am not downhearted I expected some body metabolic adaptation to the diet reductions and a plateau was inevitable. At least I know what to do,meal-gapping gets it all moving again.

what would you be doing here then?
Nothing, I'm such a nice bloke that I'd have driven the 40 miles to buy you a burger :D
