Wickes be not gud. They int gorrid me renda ah wanted. The pet hawks int as gud as eye fort. They did av me metal edge fing fer making an edge int me rederin. It were er bit of er fight findin it un gerrin it oot the rack. Eye bort meslf some bubble wrap frompt wurk ter cover it so eye cud gerrit int ma hippo. Ah bented the last 6 inch as ah dun need ittall. Gorrid meself ur culla book fer paint anorl.

About 3 years ago I bought a can of wickes paint for the hallway walls, wanted "powder grey" but when I got it home noticed I had picked up a can of "powder" - not grey . I gotted another can of the right paint and put the other in the loft until today, as I was putting a fresh coat on the spare bedroom walls (yes the SWMBO new shelves have snowballed into a full redec). And when it dried, it was EXACTLY the same colour as wot is already on there. Looks as if I have done nowt all day .

Can't find 2nd gear in the Freelander...

spent yesterday fiddlin' and messing about here and there ....

Went to put a new sidelight bulb in the little Kia , bodged the headlamp pull with plastic strapping ...

replaced the bulb - works fine, now the headlamp dunt work ... bulbholder is toasted ...will get a new one and fit it today ...
