Keep copies of all messages and show them to ebay in a complaint about him refusing. He hasn't said it's sold elsewhere so they may be harsh on him, prior to giving you eggscuses. After the phone call I've just had my opinion of foul mouthed hippo drivers has just plummeted, as for the car of my dreams it doesn't make the top 100 unless it's ones for less than a packet of crisps
