I would just like to say

Morning all

Last day of my enforced holiday with family, thank flipping Christ. Just need to give the cottage a wipe over, cram everything back in the cars and head south. Apologies to all if any of my posts this week have seemed bad tempered.

It's so quiet in the office today.

It was quiet out side till the dog spotted the cat up the wooden pole in the garden.

Next door neighbour is calling the cat. For the cat to get to the fence it has to jump the pond.

Any cat is fair game, there's way too many of them and most are feral, at least round here!!

Busy day today. Squirted some volts into me bike battery as I needed it to go to Halfruads for some bits and Mrs Wimbolwdrivers car is still up on ramps blocking me Landy in. I say ramps but they is blocks er wood on account of my 1970's proper ramps foul the front valance on modern cars. Then cut some concrete slabs into strips for me garden wall work. Had er nap then went to get me bitz from Halfrauds. And made a new bracket for SWMBO egg zorst. Painted it (twice) so can fit it tomorrow and job done. This retirement game is bloody hard wurk.
