Why not, cheese is cheese ain't it
Very much depends on your tastes... being a mature cheese the fat content is lower and therefore takes longer to melt and does not give such a nice crispy bubbling on top... does make for a cracking sandwich though!

Also good to chuck out the window/sunroof (without wrapper) to annoy the tail gating motor cyclist. If you get a visor it’s like glue.
