The old lady who had it in our village showed it to us, patches around her middle which apparently is common. Nothing on her face at all. But being in frogland she got all the follow up pills etc to minimise its effects, so she recovered well.


(Both W and I could NOT believe how good her figure was for a lady in her very late 80s!!!)

Not sure & I aint reading about it either, I did read a bit about the cancer the other night its probably the worst thing I could
have done tbh.

Ive never seen anyone with it only spoken to people who have seen it an tbh id rather have had the vaccination for it.
Not sure if its worse if you have had chicken pox or not.??

Me neither. Just checked and I am NOT going to put a link up for you as I think you don't want to be tempted to read it!

But you can ONLY get shingles if you have already had chickenpox because the VZV thingies stay in your bod. So I guess the quack wouldn't have given you the vacjab unless he/she knew you had already had chickenpox. You can't catch it from others who have shingles, easily. The triggers are other stuff although they aren't very clear on why it happens.

are friend from here got it on his back while on Holliday in Bali had a **** time and compounded by not able to get treatment lasted for 3 months now he has a mind set about it

He has now got a fobia about it its running his life

.... that I bought a "Spotwasher". No, not one for pimples and adolescent Acne, it's one for those small indiscretions committed by pets, drunkards and clumsy oafs.

Basically, pooh, pee, Barf's and human spillages of wine, and hot beverages.
I have just set to and cleaned 2 mats in the hall and 2 upholstered barstools the kids spilt all their food all over.

Basic action of the thing is to squirt warm cleaning solution on demand while simultaneously scrubbing and then immediately suck-up the released dirty water.
I think it worked quite well, I am just waiting for the items to dry off again.
With 3 cats in the house now the "incidents" are increasingly common.
