Instructions dont say how to use itI find my biggest problem with my multimeter is that it didn't come with clamps and the probes are quite fat, so holding them both onto anything at the same time can be quite a problem. It's a shame they don't come with a range of attachments. but then it only cost a tenner odd and does have a proble to measure temperature, not that I have ever used it!
Maybe more expensive ones come with needle-like probes and clamps!

Sometimes a stretching can move the nerve back into it's home groove, unless you have osteophytes, then yer buggered ...

That's a shame!
The piccy at the beginning of the instructions might be captioned with what each position is.
I've got a cheapo one in each country, each one with three holes to stick the butt end of each wire in. But at least the instructions were OK.
If you recognise the symbol for resistance (Omega) and the ones for AC and DC, you should be well OK.
Wish the continuity testing beeper on mine could be heard!

Sciatica is caused by the nerve being compressed by a problem with your disc, if a manipulator can move the disc a bit relieving the pressure a bit it should help.I have M

I get it sometimes, It's where the nerve that divides and goes to both the back and the front of the leg gets compressed.

cant seem to reply with your pic.
Put the black lead in the middle “COM” ole.
number 20 on the left of the pic is the one to check for volts.
the funny little 1way arrow in Orange next to the 10amp will tell you if the wire is connected end to end (don’t check with volts on the line) it’s even better if you have a buzzer on that to. Touch the 2 probes together in that position see what you have.
I use that setting a lot it’s a good starting point to trace faults, but doesn’t always mean it will carry current.
There is a good guide on here somewhere by 1 of the members so have a search.

Yep that’s fine.that means it is straight through and has no resistance (let’s not get into that)
