My tyre gauge/ inflator that came with a box of stuff, went fubar in not much time!
It is the only replacement tool that I have bought to go with the compressor.
I do sometimes use the windy gun but it was a gift and isn't as powerful as I would have hoped.
I intend to buy a recprocating saw for when I eventually get around to restoring my Disco Anniversary. If I live long enough!
I also intend to build a paint booth in my garage and use it to spray the bits for my last kit car build that I have yet to finish.

Bit of a faff on the way home.
1) Forgot the laundry bag and had to go back an geddit. No drama, just an hour lost.
2) Stopped at a layby for a comfort break and the steering felt a bit catchy. Carried on and the temp gauge went off the scale. Blinkers on and pulled over. Popped the bonnet and the hose to the heater matrix had dropped and been worn through by the water pump pulley. Crappity crap.
Tratterer goin the other way turned round, came back and patched the hose with some Gorilla tape i had, then followed me to a petrol station to top up the coolant. He then rang another Landy bloke who met me at his workshop to replace the damaged section with some steel pipe and jubee clips. Arrived home safe and sound.
Neither of these brilliant peeps would take a penny from us.
The world is not entirely goin to rat poop.

Sincere thanks to Andy who may or may not be on LZ and who may or may not have a Landy garage in Poole and to Steve Dart LR of Tolpuddle who came ten miles from home to help us out.

Wifout gerrin too misty, there's still good peeps about.

Got into trouble with plod 🙄
They had shut an exit off a roundabout with no warning. Car in front of me went straight through, by the time i saw the sign i was committed, with another car behind me and want going to do an emergency stop with a car right up my backside.
Coppers were busy enforcing their closure but 'let me off this time' because according to their own admission the road wasn't actually flooded and never had been, but not before threatening me with £100 fine!!
It was a dual carriageway and the other side had a small puddle on it

Very faint chance I know the Landy guy.
But haven't seen him in years.

Because I wanted to go into mechanics and told it wasn't a female vocation, then decided I'm joining the workforce. Looking back kind of glad I did what I did as I wouldn't have been able to get on the housing ladder mid 20s with uni debt.
