Why not just hoik it out then and replace it with a cupboard and or set of drawers?
Ours runs on the solar heated water the heating element is bust, so it's only the leccy for the pump which is 10 10ths of SFA.

its a fitted type wiv a door that folds down. Eye intend to remove it then fink about how the space can be used. Its thin so norra propper unit size. Me compressor may fit in there.

Had a bit of a gardening day. Was nice and sunny.
Mum is so much better now still tired but at least she getting back to herself again.

Just walked down for a few beers;)

When I first met W she had one of those slimmer versions of a DW. It wasn't a lot of use, so I reworked the utility to take a full size one. I still remember the first time my ex and I used our first one. We couldn't believe how clean and shiny the stuff came out of it. ;)
