Busy day for us well me n my mate we shovelled n barrowed 3 tons of driveway chippings from round the back of the hoose
into the garage site. roughly 50 merters , Then barrowed 2T of type 1 back down, mixed up 1/2T of concrete in barrows then spread out 3T of type 1 into the garage site. My mate is calling me manchine half man half machine

High cholesterol is bad for yer. Yer gerrit wiv a bad diet. Some cholesterol is needed as yer body needs it for certain fings but the saturated type is worsest. Its increases risk of heart attacks as it tends to stay in yer blood, making blood ficker. Lack of exercise, too much alcohol and being over weight also increases heart attack risk. Smoking anorl eye finks. As we get older we tend to do less exercise. Somefink eye need to correct anorl. Probably only walk a mile a day when at wuk. Not much at the weekend. Am quite thin but that dun't mean me cholesterol is a good low number. Need to go back to the quack to find oot. Eye fink liver problems are mainly caused by excess alcohol. Fink it gets pickled over time. A little bit of correction now can make a big difference to risk of illness and length of life. Most of the fings we enjoy the most do us harm. Luckily owning and driving a Freelander ain't one of thems.

Not really, it doesn't have a crown wheel and pinion, nor does it have a diff carrier and the 4 cogs therein. it's much simpler.
It is basically a normal drive so each wheel can turn at different speeds but if one starts spinning then the 360 degree thing takes place and temporarily locks both wheels to the drive.
If I can I'll find an exploded parts diag to explain.
It is actually quite natty and simple. Ingenious in fact, but it is a pain having to wait for it to lock up
It does however make steering it easier as there is only one wheel at the front and that doesn't turn very well i.e. in the side to side direction.
