I do remember you telling us this before. so sad. Are they the same if you want to foster a dog?
W says try the smaller dog charities, they might not be so fussy, but this does seem hugely discriminatory.
This is the article about Spaniel Aid UK who have to put dogs out for fostering as they have no base or whatever to keep them in. They sound desperate for fosterers.

I think I am off out to take my machine apart, put a new blade and a new drivebelt on.
Prolly be a bit of swearing involved.
Then see if it goes up slopes better.

How are you nowadays?
Feel much better today, I can say that since last week that was the sickest ive ever been, the chemo kicked in & I think being hit with a train you would feel better.

I suppose I could, all out of control and stuff, but how'd I get it back up again?Can you not just let it roll down from the top lol hope you get it sorted.
Anyway, it is all done now just got to clean the underside of the top engine cover and then test it.
No swearing involved, just a bit of consultation of the exploded diaphragm, which was pointless.
Only undid one bolt I didn't need to!
And the hub came out without a hub puller, just hand force to pull it while tapping all round it wiv an ammer!
But it DID take a while to clean off the bottom of the deck. In fact probably about 1/3 of the total time.
At least I now know how to do it next time.
So now celebrating wiv a little Leffe. (only 33 cc!)

Messed about with some tubes today to see what the back-end tube arrangement will look like.
I am not too-sure the pieces at 45° will clear the chain that runs between the output from the IGH and the input to the 2WD unit.
I think I will stick with this arrangement and then mount the IGH on a frame under the diagonal tubes.
I think it will be OK and this triangular shape will provide a good platform for mounting things.
I had to stop because I am having a "painful" day today, and I don't know why.
