Now I've got to find a cheque book
I've just filled out the last cheque in me book. Actually, the last two but I cocked one up . Got to go to the bank to order annuver one. They don't send them auto magically no more. Only took me seven years to empty the last one. And I flatly refuse to do that there inter web banking, never liked the idea at all, and don't need it.

Just gone to post office with a v62 as lost old v5.
They can't accept it unless they tax the car at the same time! No problem, it's nil tax and mot exempt!
Let's tax it, please!!
Can't :( computer says no!!

Now I've got to find a cheque book and post the v62 off! Oh fun
Wellllllllllllll!
That'll learn ye.....:D:D:D

Ah ok auld chap, one will have the new shiny edition in one's courtyard :D:D
It's parked outside the front of the 'ouse with weeds growing through it!
"Courtyard"! Pffftttttt!;);););)
but they is the most hexpensive ornery one I fink. We only got it cos the others had too long lead times. (And there ain't all that much diff in the price.);)

Just pulled a tic oot my dogs back end, she was dragging her backside along the grass
& she never does that. Used the misses tweezers haha she aint pleased haha:D
Di you turn it clockwise or aunty-clockwise?
We have to get rid of em every now and then off our dogs.
Read recently that the only proper way to get rid of em is by using a sort of hook thing and twisitng it, as even with tweezers there is a risk of squeezing the blood back out of them and into the dog, or you, if it's on you. And that the Lymes disease etc comes when the tick delivers saliva into the wound. Which it normally don't do until it has satiated itself. Or if it is squeezed!
I allus used to put a drop or two of white spirit on it to make it give up its grip but that too is frowned upon now!
Every day is a school day.

That's preventative, and something else.
We do this for all of ours. But they don't always work, hence the need to remove ticks from time to time.
Neither I nor my wife wear flea collars or anything so we too have to do it once in a while, for ourselves.;)
Wifey had a couple recently.
So just putting it out there!!;)
