So not so sunny today.
Good thing as we have started the apple harvest.
Pain in the rear job.
Only 29 in the shade. Blokey from the water company turned up dead early to talk to us about the mistake he made yessdi!
Oops we ARE connected to mains drains so, ooops, no refund coming our way!

... here we go again maybe?
Been having the odd "twinge" in the chest lately, and while not sure what the root-cause is I have had a few tokes on the GTN spray under the tongue on the QT.
Indoor management has been gently pressuring me to get an "opinion" (fair enough).
Called the Drs. today and they swerved it and said "Call 111 Service".
Rather than call, I did their Q & A questionnaire/diagnosis spiel online.
Upshot is that I fall out of the diagnostic map at "Call 999 and ask for an ambulance".

Now, TBH the last thing I want is to spend hours/days in an NHS facility awaiting a diagnosis. Last time it was 2 days in total before they let me out again with a new MOT. :(
But, having said that, the very last thing I want is to pop my clogs because I didn't call it in early enough.
I think I will wait until I have another "twinge" and call it in then. Maybe the Paramedic will spot it on a 3/12-lead ECG and confirm I have a problem there and then.

I think in order to meet the regs it all has to be more or less the same.

I has researching an reckon you're right. I've also learned I can't puts E10 in me Tratter, nor the wurx Tesla. FFS.

If you call 111 they can make things happen. They did so for me over my thrombosis in my leg. and that kicked my GP and others into action.
For anything to do with your ticker they don't usually mess about.
so TBH, I'd do it.
Whatever you do, best of luck with it.
