Waitrose brought it round for us. Don't know the driver's name. and how to Spatchcock it was on BBC cooking online thing.
Thought spatchcocking was a Scottish thing anyway.

Feck me you are making me work hard tonight!
Anyway, next time you get a small chicken in, have a go, it really makes it taste extra nice, just a bit of salt, ground black pepper and a lump of butter in the middle on both sides.
You can also do it on the Barbie apparently.
I await your review!!!:):):)

I will give the splattered chicken a go. :)

Yipee, my central heating engineer is coming this morning - my boiler threw a wobbly on Friday and when the water in the bottom of it got too deep I decided to turn it off! I don't mind no heat as my bungalow is very well insulated but no hot water is a real hardship. If it gets cold I can always move into the caravan as that has full 'wet' central heating and hot water always available - as long as I don't lose the leccy or run out of gas!!
An early morning clearing of the sky produced a very bright moon and ………….. frost, but that is due to change any time soon as the cloud cover is already moving in.
Monday for some but monday for others - enjoy it whichever is yours.:)

its not and i'm getting frigged off with them now, seriously considering a career change  no idea what though
An ideal time to carry on as you see fit and take them to an unfair dismissal tribunal if it goes that way and take some money off them in the process. Doesn't seem like you have much to lose really. ;)

Huh!
Never watched it.
Do watch stuff like Silent Witness, but not CSI, don't watch the Merkin stuff much.
The days of the best ones seem to be over. (Like Kojak.)
Anyone it must have made you laugh seeing how much I looked for a chef!
:D:D:D;)
