How you feeling today id bet your a tad sore, can you open your blacked eye or is it swollen closed.
Hi @kevstar :)
Yes, feeling a lot better thank you. The whole eye/nose area is sore and tender and the right eyebrow side of the socket is gashed quite badly.
I can now open the right eye and see a fair bit through it. The swelling is going down too!
I suspect that I shall have a gnarly old scar there over that eye.
Serves me right for drinking on an empty head.

I had to troll though amazon for the same reason, the misses had somehow been getting monthy
charges, it was bit of a faff to close the account but she likes a good fight so amazon got it big time
& she was refunded everything. It takes a lot of time and be nice to the staff when on the phone.
Another downside of using the tinternet for shopping.
Not such a problem in Engerland. but we are a fair distance from some specialist places in Frogland so we use it a bit.
I am dreading the fight, so don't know if I can be bovvad, we'll see.

Well dump trip done.
the charity shop was amazingly glad to take the chair.:D:D:D
Blastedwell forgot to go to Teigla Tiles to see if they had any old stock around.:mad:
Think I'll mow the bloody lawn afore it gets dark.
I am sure as heck building up the Brownie points at the mo!!!;););)
But it IS getting dark tho!;););)

Yes I hate that gear also but it might have helped the lass out, her being stuck on an unlit road
& that time of night frozen plus there are all sorts of weirdo's about, at least its easy to screw the
can on & in under 2 mins she could have been on her way. Can you imagine if broke or kurt turned
up to help :eek::D
+1^:):):)

Well that has gone and taken the biscuit.:mad::mad:
Last mow of the year and my Lawnmower, mains lecky thing, has given up the ghost!:mad::mad:
And we have hardly used it for the last 6 years as we had a gardener in each summer.
I have diligently cleaned all the cut grass out, each time of use, sharpened the blade a coupla times, even cleaned out the fan!
Bearing or summat. Blade etc very wobbly.:(
Qualcast Turbo 35, don't get one, rubbish!!

We only got the blessed thing in 1994.
Grrrr!

;););):D:D:D
Wish it had gone all the way now have a lawn with a mowhican!:D:D:D

Should get her a couple of the cans of puncture sealant, they will work as long as the tyre isnt trashed
only problem is that tyre company's wont fix the tyre once its got that stuff inside it, take the old tyre
away & wash it out then take it to a smaller outfit to get it plugged an keep as a spare. :)

Ugga dugga gun for chrimbo (she will be well pleased):D
Kev, old tyre whacker, would you mind reminding us why this is re the tyre repair gunk? I know it's true for run-flat tyres too. Just can't remember the reasoning behind junking the tyre.
