Well choppin done for the weeks entertainment.
Bits arrived to secure the cisterns in two of our lavvies to the pans to stop them leaking. Stainless rather than cr@p.
(Our water is soooo acid).
Not raining at the mo so off to start playing with hubs to see if I can narrow down, if not sort out the thrum thrum problem.
Wifey about to make yet another Pavlova.

Evening all busy wee day running about, we got the wet stuff so rained off.
I managed to bag a clarke temp garages for 200 quid tis brand new. :)
Clarke CIG81015 Garage / Workshop - Green (4.5 x 3 x 2.4m) - Machine Mart - Machine Mart

I picked up keys an paper work for my new subaru, we have typed out a letter with the total amount
of cash owed with names of customers for the nobhed to sign tomorrow (he doesnt know yet) I am
getting it witnessed by an independent witness but I will ask if he want his wife to witness it. lol
I will give him 3 months from todays date to pay the funds back in cash or goods. I wonder if he
will sign it?? If not a copy will be sent via a text msg to his wife. That should ruin his Christmas
dinner this year.

The thing is...if he signs an agreement with you and fails to honour it, you have him cold in every way. You have stayed in honour and he has not. You tried to be gentle and he will have dishonoured and damaged you in the eyes of the law.

Exactly, hence the reason for getting him to sign. I will catch him on the back foot in the morning
so he doesnt have time to think about it.
