Nice!If you look to the right of pic 1 you can see the tile batten on the planters that will be on the
underside as well as along the front of the decking.

down side is when the midges hatch omfg im sure it will be unbearable.

In France we have a two covered balconies and a loggia. We are tempted to just cover the outside of them all with mossy netting. It wouldn't affect the view but would mean we could sit out at night without Wifey being bitten to death and having a reaction 24 hours later.

@kevstar has some amazing machine(s) that I must reacquaint myself with that seems to murder loads of them Quite big money, but in a normal year we would have got one by now.
She does wear a bracelet which she puts drops on, when we go out of an evening, but to go with this she wraps up in lots of clothes and sprays the bits of her that are visible with a strong mossy repellant. But she doesn't want to do that every night.

Just got a text/Whatsapp msg.
My Uncle Ivor Davies has passed away. Sad times. A lovely generous and lively man.
His dear wife (My Aunty Beverly aka Bubberly) has a touch of dementia and will really struggle without him.
They were the eternal "DorianGray" couple in my family and always looked 20 years or more younger than they actually are.
So, sad. My Dad gave Beverly away at their wedding.

Eye always wanted to buy a Henry carpet cleaner. Fink its called George. But the wug doc is betterer. 50 sovs discount but they dunt list the discount now. Price may just be lower now int stead
Spoke to me Henry's about the situation and they wanted a george. Sed the wug doc wun't as good. Din't want to upset them. We looked int book un the George be biggerer than them. Has more collection space fer dust. He can also suck up wood dust and help round me castle anorl. They normally share the ouse wuk between then and work ter geffer suckin wood dust int me cyclone filter. After a bit of discussion they fort we should gerra wug doctor int stead. It can't do ouse wuk or wood dust sucking but they dun't mind that. So a wug doc it is then.
