I has been enjoyin a very solid potterin about. Maters have been potted on, erected a gift gazebo without destructions (am sure bein a tratterer helped in that regard), though iffn you can count it weren't that problematic.
Sharpened a mates tools (steady all), blowed out the Dyson (steady all).
Best bit of the day was whittlin a bitta hazel to makes a Harry Potter wand for swmbos friend's kid. Iffn he don't like I'll have it back, seems to work on Fuzzybutt (steady @doriz )
@Dippypud , think you did the best you could by sharing it. All best wishes to mini an dinky Dips.
Right, so, n'night elpeeps.

Bit cooler on the run this morning, just having a coffee. Food out for the birdies which brought a jay to the feeder. Squirrels ruined me peanut feeder within 24 hours so that had to be moved to another location.
Strange you should mention Jays as we have had three in the last week and they have never been seen so far up in the 'ills before. They were very wary, got as far as sitting on the roof of the bird table but, so far, they have not been on the feeders.

Up a bit later this morning but am now back in mi pit wi me cuppa. The dogs are sleeping outside - so what's new there? The quiet outside is being disturbed by a ewe and a lamb bleating vociferously.
Normally at this time of the year, the farmers are up very early trying to beat the rain and get the hay in. But not this year, the barometers are staying high so there is no need to rush!
For me, there will be no difference in my daily routine but for many of you it is a time to be very carful how you go. I hope the latest 'unlock' does not lead to a second spike. Stay safe, folks.

Morning All :D
Another lovely day :)
My Workman "helper" for my building project called yesterday to apologise that he would not be arriving for dinner after all.
He went to replace the top-hose on his "DisAstra" and the spigot on the radiator (plastic) snapped off.
He will try to get a new rad in today and be with me asap.. I told y'all this project of mine was doomed.
So I shall be starting the dismantling of the shed with just my missus for help until he gets here.
We already cleared it out yesterday. Have a great day everyone. :)

Update on Danny's shed of Doom.
Unfortunately my labourer friend has had a mishap with his car and was unable to get here yesterday and is struggling to obtain a new radiator today. He hopes to be with me some time today or tomorrow.
Due to Covid-19, he is being urged to return to work and yet the motor factors he needs to get the part from are only open to "Key-Workers", how crazy is that?
In his absence "Pansy Potter" (my other half) and I have knocked the shed down (came down in 20 mins like a pack of cards) and between us we have carted most of the panels away for later placement in a skip.
I only put these pictures here as a record of the progress.

Some critters were living under there like slow-worms and lizards and they were saved and directed to safe places elsewhere in the garden.
I will clean up on aisle 3 and prepare the footprint area for the concrete blocks and the eventual leveling of them.
