We don't use any of that there fancy stuff. Bit of dripping (or lard if preferred) same as we put on our bread

The Landy jobs list has started. Coolant drained, having a short break before refilling it. Most of the old coolant recovered but some escaped before it reached the bucket. Hoses came off easily, no skinned knuckles today . Next on the list is pulling all the brake pads out and copper greasing the anti rattle shims - chasing down an annoying squeal. Only noticed it because me wireless is kaput and new one not arrived yet.

Ha ha, strangely as I was getting the washing in we had a few drops, barely a dozen here in Lunnen, so I'm happy that my knee twinge-ometer is working ok ...
