I need some ace help..

Hi guys

I'm In need of a bit of help.
I've had the front ace pipes replaced, the valve block replaced with a re engineered block with hydraulic pipes..

Everything was ok for three days then I got the amber light when I started it one morning.

The pump was noisy, now it's quiet and there's no swirling in the reservoir.. the dtc's don't lead me to a failed pump.
So unsure what to do with that..?

The vehicle was parked over night on a small incline I wondered if the system maybe needs bleeding?

Ive heard OBD diagnostics can be a bit dumb regarding Ace.. I'm wondering if the three dtc's are the symptom of another issue..

It's out of mot now as I had to wait 10 weeks for LHD headlights and ace pipes and I need to get the car inspected and imported into Austria..
Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Does seem like pump to me, no swirling.

But check wiring to the block.

Hey, is the pump pulley physically turning? Also, share dtcs and what diagnostic tool you have been using. the fact that there is no swirling points to faulty pump though

Noisy pump is not good, and no activity in the tank means you aren’t pumping fluid. Look at the live data when running and report back.

If no activity in the tank it's bad news and the invalid pressure code is the result of that, the DCV code can be related or coincidental... did you prime the pump after the work you've done?, if not prime it with disconnected outlet pipe ASAP or you can end up with it blocked and it will rip off the belt but if you drove it few days unprimed it's probably dead already
