I need help with oil pressure

Hi lany people i was wondering if anyone nows why my oil pressure guage has started jumping around. i ve just started off roading at whitworth, this is were the problem started

sounds electrical to me pal check the connections and the earths.

That'd surely be the first thing i'd check. With all that ****e and water aboul you can soon loose an earth, or loose a plug/crimp. Have a good nosey about see what you can see.

i ve had a look at all that and cleaned everything now i have no oil pressure at all will that be the senser then

possibly check the connections again just the ones you have already played with if it was working (even though incorrect) and now nothing its almost certainly something loose or a chaffed through. you may have disterbed a wire the sensor could be down or the gauge but id lay a pound to a pinch of **** its a wire. good look pal

given up for today with oil pressure had to straighten my back wheel arches got a bit bent off roading tyres to big

how big are they??? you can fit monsters under them arches tiny 16`s on mine!!

16,s but they are off my series 3 and not the same profile as the r/r 255x16x75 road tyres i have they stick out more

its the oil pressure transmitter had no prob's with oil pressure on sunday just my exhaust
