I have returned to P38 ownership.

Hello all. I am the owner of a P38 TD again after a couple of years away. Got myself a rough one this time, battle scarred and rusty but I wanted to save her from the crusher (the fate of my Discovery).Body mounts main rust problem, are there any repair sections available these days? Anyway plenty to keep me busy.

Thank you. I have been a member here for a few years, just bit the bullet again.
No pics as yet. I don't want to scare people! She has not been loved. No mot for 4 years. Farmer spec model and the most rusty P38 I have ever seen but someone had to love her. Looks like it's me.

But p38`s dont really rust

Mine developed a protective outer shell of moss and conifer at one point, jetwashed off and was still better condition than a mk3 underneath. Came up okay.
The dse’s with the plastic weather strip along the arches seem to be bit rough around edges. Amazes me the ones with bits to protect it are affected more as it holds the crud in. What puts me off light guards ....and the silly price

No, I am saving her from that fate. My 3 year old Grandson loves her.
