What you'll need is a winch tray and some sheet metal to make up into sides
One winch tray
Fold up some 90* angle the same depth as the tray and height of the sides out of 1/4" steel, mark out the holes on the winch tray onto the plate so it sits right, centre punch, stick in the radial drill and once done begin weld prep.
Grind off mill scale and paint, bolt onto the tray and make sure its tight so everything is flush before tacking and seam welding up
Use more 1/4" steel plate to make up some sides
Tack them on
And bugger off home at 5
Also got some recovery points for it that will be put through the 17mm deep cuts in the sides, the recovery points are 15mm by 50mm with a 20mm hole in the front for a large shackle
