While out walking the dog this morning I watched a 3 series BMW drive into a huge puddle of drought at about 50 mph, the water went about 15ft in the air and there was a big bang, later on my way to work, the car was still in the puddle, hazard lights flashing. Perhaps if he'd kept to the 30 limit past the village school he'd have been ok. hey ho.
