How's this for service?

Our Defender will be three years old in July (where did that time go?). During that time, the driver's side seatbelt kept getting caught in the door and became very worn and damaged in one particular place.

I rang the dealership and politely suggested that they should replace the seatbelt for free, seeing as it seemed to be a design problem.

They did! :clap2:

I never expected them to, not in a million years.

It just goes to show...don't ask, don't get.

Definitely a design fault, it happens to mine too, and on my previous Defenders. I don't think a dealer will give me a freebie on a 20 year old rebuilt motor though!
