WOW! does this man's wit know no bounds.. that old gag about scrap and landies was way orf the scale of wittyness.. any way most folk know me landies are part of the rescue a landy scheme whereby you gert an old broke down series and restore it to a working condition. and as im a lazy bastid with other things to do this takes some time. if i wur to attack it wiff gusto( who evvva he is ) it would be done in a few weeks. but i prefer to do a bit now and anuffer bit some time later

when sprayed the 90 (it my half arsed amateurish way) i simply keyed with 240 grit and sprayed 'Plasticote' straight on after a quick wipe with panel degreaser, Plasticote is ideal for a landy cos

a) its touch dry in 10 mins
b) it is a very very tough plastic finish
c) it fills any small imperfections n saves a lot of time
d) it can be easily overcoated when it starts lookin a bit scratched although ive battered it a hell of a lot and it hardly marks

didnt come out too bad for an amateur..... IMHO

Doesnt even look too bad close up.....
