How to fix!

As some of you guys might know im new to land rovers so knowing what probs what and how to fix does not come easy.really wana learn tho!! Im hoping some of you might be able to tell me what the prob is and how i can fix it(as simple as possible if poss)

prob is on my 90,leaking front diff as far as i know

We're not friggin psychic you're going to have to tell us what the problem is.

looks like swivel oil seal to me, if you have a search I think either buster or trew did a how to on this

leaking front diff,see photo link!!!
