How to fix the electric window motor

Here is a video of me fixing my freelander drivers side rear electric window, probably be applicable to quite a lot of different cars as well.

The motor was seized and the brushes worn. Zero cost job. All good now.

Some of the video was set a bit low, but the general method is shown ok, hopefully be useful for someone.
