Is it genuine tdi or disco retrofit?
Drum or discs at the rear? (Axle might have been swapped)
Post some photos but I reckon it’s going to be 80’s bitsa and not accurately dateable

Sounds like a bitsa, why not check the chassis number to see what age that gives you.
