I never worry about a Q. It's been fully checked & cleared for use by DVLA. Had 2 both off road comp motors.

When I used to take motors to Dvla
You had loads of paperwork with numbers for everything & if they were original/bought new or second hand.
To Get French discos throughly was just import paperwork & an inspection then uk mot.

Nope I said in one of yesterday's posts that DVLA couldn't help ☺. They dont have a record of date of manufacture
