How often do you buy used bits for your Landy?

Being a Yank, I live in a country not inured in Landy culture, but in my area of operation, awash in Land Rovers. Mostly Discos, many L322s and some P38s. I drive 1 of 5 or 6 classics in the area. But anyway, I'm pondering a small enterprise breaking Range Rovers. What I'm wondering is how often do you buy used parts and what of what type.

i buy second hand all the time...

you'd have to build your reputation of selling good second hand parts, if you dont know what you doing and just break and sell, i dont think its a good idea.

you have to know which bits are good to be sold, or else the word around will be that your second hand parts and more like 4th hand...

I agree JP. I'm thinking out loud at this point but I think I may live in area where I could start out slowly and at a small scale. I admittedly know little about Landys compared to Detroit iron and rice burners, but I'm learning thanks to this motley crew....
