car seems a bit slow 2 pump up at t moment, how much suction should there be on t inlet filter side of t pump, i have an on going fault with t rl sensor ta t mo just awaiting delivery of t new one,but not getting any thermal fault yet, using rsw to clear t codes, have seen on here somewhere that there may be an issue with rsw and thermal fault, any ideas, thanks.

It won't suck your finger into the compressor and shred it to pieces, that's for sure. But there will be some suction.

sorry should have said i have suction, just seems slow, whats t time too fill t tank 5 6 mins.

done a test thjs morn, data your nearly right it took 24 min before t pump turned off, i thought it would never stop, motor temp only reached 38 degree c but t missus was going travelling and i did nt want any mishaps or so i thought 5 miles in eas fault so out with t comp and plug in rl sensor again, checked height settings all were in t 120 s except t rl that had 63, while messing with t sensor i snapped t arm what a plonker, now for my next trick as herself says can i leave yet with t rangie front up rear down it never ends, any how i made use of t missus to keep an eye on t height reading as i moved t shaft till it corresponded with t others, numbers correct reset t eas unplugged and up she came and now pull t relay, job done 120 miles later and she s still up, the rangie that is haha.

Re pump condition: 15-20 mins to fill empty system seems ok to me. 10 mins after overnight rest may be shot pump and/or air leaks.

i emptied t tank on purpose to find out t condition of my pump, there s a 125 kk on t clock, i have a seal on t way just in case but dont want to any unnessary work, i have no leaks with t faulty sensor i have too leave t car up at night and she dont fall, normally t missus always lowers to t access level, but dont do that now cos of t sensor fault.
