I've just looked at my mot and it's due befor 14th jan

I've done just shy of 1k since last jan and a total of around 2 k since I bought this one neatly 2 years ago,

I don't use it every day tho, I have a ford transit I use day to day, I use it for pay and play days and towing our caravan ( this is a new edition about 3 months ago) and moveing big trailers every now and again,

Although I've only done 1k miles I've had to fix it a lot and almost fully rebuilt it the the last 18 months

How many miles do you do and how relialbe is yours? Mine is reliable in that I know it will need something every 60 miles ish.

The Series has done 0 miles for the last 4 MOT's - go out laning in it loads, just not got a speedo cable :)

Disco does 20k approx though

The first year I had mine (June 2012 to June 2013) I clocked up around 14,000. I just really enjoyed driving it. This year looks like it will be a bit less, despite the fact that we've had lots of trips out in it, up to Yorkshire, over to Norfolk and down to the south coast. Last breakdown that needed the AA was in January, about 8,000 miles ago, and seemed to be some sort of fuel starvation problem. Aside from that, there have been a few rolling adjustments, and a good deal of rebuilding such as most of the braking system, new springs and shocks, new exhaust, Dinitrol treatment and the like. I'll be doing the suspension bushes in a fortnight or so.

Ive covered a little over 8K in 18 months, think all this laning has added 1500 a year onto my annual; mileage, still well under what im insured for.

The 127" does 2-3,000 km on asphalt, 10-15,000 on trails, 1000-1500 hours offroad.

Reliably unreliable, but easy to fix. Crew can straighten a bent tie-rod in 5 minutes flat, almost without stopping the car, make a bush out of an old tyre, change the clutch under an acacia tree, and more or less disassemble and reassemble the whole mousetrap in the middle of bloody nowhere.

My disco 3 does about 20k a year.

It's 6 year old now and done 112k

When I had my old 300tdi I did about 20k in 18 month.

mine is used for just laning now really and moving the trailer.

Think its done 12k in the 3 years I've owned it.

Im never at home to drive my daily let alone my toys. :(

mines on to do about 18k but not all by me, my audi does 30k all by me, its less than i used to do....
in my first 3 years of driving i did 204k

Only had mine just over 2 months and put 1k on it so should be on-track for about 5k per year (which is what its insured for)

Had my 90 about a year and have done around 1300 miles so far, not a daily driver just for fun and pay and play days. It's reliable as they can be but there is always something that wants doing.
