Still here, not dead 
not happy- can't break through 1 m 19 but think I'm trying too hard.
I know I can do better- one of the breathing exercises we have to do for band is to breath from the diaphragm and then on the exhaled breath recite the alphabet and I have done 1 min 15 in that and that feels harder

Now have a lovely new stopwatch app on my phone- I can foresee hours of wasted time at work tomorrow
