we used to do this for fun in the FS, people would faint before giving up

am not doing it unless I have a trained nurse on standby

When you is over 60 don't have to prove a thing. You young pups have a go at it.

Navy skills swim test to pass a minimum is 3 minutes and I pased but was 19 at the time and was a scuba diver. 42 years ago diving since 16, haven't done any in 20 yrs

right - spend the next 5 minutes taking very slow very deep breaths in and slowly out

then hold your breath

oh if ya get dizzy or your vision blurs

STOP !

ere ms 110 did you ever do that CPR trick when you change someone's rate of breathing ?
