Hi all, question from Kiwi Land..have got a series 3 1980 '88' swb ute,I want to replace the runners the glass side on,how do I do it please??

Cheers Ross:confused:

cant do it in reverse to put it back in though

:violent:

What's a ute,what do you think a ute is !!!!!!!!!!!!

SWB Series 3 with cab & tray,thats a ute

A ute is a pick-up. In Oz (somewhere far away) they're called utility vehicles, shortened to ute.

I think ... ;)

Thanks, for everbody out there it's a UTE OR PICK- UP,

just to take the channels out to replace the runners,

Thanks

Wheres kiwi-land:confused: is that near flamingo land?

look into the top recess the glass slides in, theres some screws holding the channel in, unscrew them and out they come, unless, like most door tops round these parts, they'll be well rusted in place, good luck bro.

Forgive me, but I thought all Landrovers were "utility" vehicles?

Well....... Except for Rangies and Gaylanders, which we all know are for drug lords, pimps and hairdressers!
