how do you get belt tensioner cap off

hi guy's in process of changing fuel pump,but need to get belt tensioner cap off whats the best way to take this off,seems to be stuck solid like everything else on this ****in car,any idea's pat.

i there i got my cap off whene it was stook with a pear of stilsons

Soak it with Easit. Use the correct sized Allen key with a bar on and steady pressure. Oh, and turning it anticlockwise also helps.

hi guy's thanks for the replies, got it of with 17m hex socket,and a small length of scaffy tube alway's comes in handy when extra pressure is needed.cheers pat.
