How do i uprate my S111 brakes

Hello, my S111 wont stop... Can anybody tell me how to go about uprating these wooden stoppers. I know i need servo unit but will i need duel master cylinder and break failure valve? I f someone could help me please, cheers Dirk.
 
I don't mean to be a git m8, but if you don't know how to do it, should you be attempting it? If you have a m8 who can help you then he'll know what to do. Other than that, leave the brakes alone. You could end up killing yourself or even worse.... me!

mine were dire - pulled to right locked one wheel etc. First off as someone said don't do it if not confident. A guy I shoot with is a mechanic with a bootiful original Lightweight - he did a full service and now my Series III stops almost like a modern saloon . he says the brakes were well out of adjustment(it had been standing for 3yrs) all he did was bleed and adjust them.
If you live within driving distance of Byfleet, Surrey I can hook you up with the chap. He has just been made redundant and is happy to carry out much work for fellow Landypersons at a very reasonable rates. I trust him implicately.

If yours is a SWB you could fit the 11" front drums off a LWB as they have twin leading cylinders rather than a single cylinder. I have this arrangement on my SWB, the brakes are now excellent (well, compared to what they were!). You need the backplate, drums, shoes, cylinders and the 2 short lengths of brake pipe that link the cylinders on each hub. Shoes & cylinders for an axle set you ought to be able to get new from Paddocks for about £30-£35 ish, pick up the drums and backplates from a scrapper ... MUCH cheaper than a later servo & master cylinder. However THOROUGHLY recommend proper check & adjustment, desparately easy and normally good results.
