Hot Start

Just fitted my hot start, got it off my next-door neighbour cheap, he bought it but never fitted it, the car hasnt had much use the past 2 weeks, so i put the battery on charge (well the wife did) and she didnt turn the thing on!! so i jumped it with her car, did about 30 miles in it (handy having the M25 next to you) went to halfords for some bulbs (inertia and brake lights) got home put the inertia one in first, the brake light was the wrong one, and I asked him to look in the book for me to get the right one (didn't have my reading glasses on) so went to back to change it, of course each time it was a bugger to start) this time the battery had had it, anyway that was the last straw for me, fitted the Hot Start now, and its all good (has the timer on it) so it wont keep taking a chunk of energy each time i try to fire it up, and the battery will last longer with the less strain, and a lot less hassle all round, OK I know this is a bodge and i should to the timing diesel pump adjusting thing, but its just way beyond my capability's to do that kinda thing, I would f**k it up for sure
