This is why so many get nicked. Maybe try report on Fleabay and see how long the ad stays on, but it won’t take it off the market:(

There is no way in hell this is “really legal” in my mind (pleased to be corrected)

And I am afraid to say all the time peeps buy it will continue.

Maybe the polis need to go and visit:)

I have just tried to report it but can’t find a way of doing it. That flea bay is **** sometimes.
Even if it was his car legally the car it goes on is so illegal.
He says he has a galvy chassis? But not selling, hmmmmm. I wonder where the body is going:D or is it just me;)

Thinking of just buying it now and then not paying:) so I can say it ain’t legal.

Scroll down the ad & about 1/3 of the way down on the right you should see 'Report item' in blue. Left click, log in to your ebay account & complete report categories.

If it's mobile app, click the 3 vertical buttons top left of the main page of the listing then follow as Ratae said

You have to wonder when an Auction Platform can allow listing of items that are effectively a ringing kit - then give no obvious route to report.

Have alerted the spotty yoofs in eBay:oops:

Obviously won't take 'No' for an answer.
See how long before it gets pulled. Again.

Asked the seller if he had axles/chassis or anything to go with it “No, V5c only”. It contravenes eBay’s Government Documents Listing Policy (like they check:rolleyes:) so has been reported.

Apparently DVLA have a ‘dobbing in’ in email address for this very circumstance:-

Quote from the seller:-

The vehicle was far to rotten to restore. I have the chassis vin section which makes this legal for someone to rebuild a defender from the chassis up. “

Oh really?

So why didn’t he just put up the whole car as rotten chassis

It’s still an active add:(

£2,000 for a V5 for a 1996 Defender? No idea if you are 'buying' a V5 for a 90/110/130 pickup CSW etc

If ebay are getting repeated reports of prohibited items up for sale from same person why are they not banning that user?
