blew down the pipe to the manifold its clear but the map senor is blocked is there any way it can be cleaned out
holding back at 3000rpm

The MAP sensor is blocked? It's a closed unit, the air presses on a diaphragm which operates a resistance bridge.

How dumb am i 
i did what was suggested and its really improved its not holding back like it was so i will give it a few days and hopefully it will be sorted thanks wammers and Kieth
