Hilift jack suitable for flander?

Is a hi lift jack suitable for a freelander?,if so do I need an adaptor?

I also want to fit a proper sunroof,that tilts and slides.Has anyone fitted one?(thought it better to fit that question in here rather than start a new thread).

Yes,I have searched(sort of).No,I haven't yet contacted hilift suppliers.

I think i've seen these adapters before, to fit under the jacking points, otherwise there'd be nowhere else to jack it. Thought about getting a high lift myself, useful for off roading if you've got no winch.

Not sure where these adapters are available from though.

Have you already got a sunroof or is it a manual one?
