High Beam on RHS headlight problem

HI All,
Freelander1, 1998 Diesel model. RHS high beam problem. I changed the bulbs, now having Philip Racing Vision H4. Still the same problem. I interchanged the Relays, still RHS high not working.
Any further suggestions..?

Contacts not clean. Was this working before you change the bulb. Check out the cables with a multimeter for power

Lights were working all good.
Strange enough; I used DDM to check the voltage. On the problematic contactor (RHS), I measure 12VDC, whether on dim or bright. Measured on the working side (LHS), only get 12VDC when bright are switched on.
As mentioned, I checked, and even inter-changed the relays. All fuses are good.
Also.., some strange sound on alternator when I switched on...
